About the Founder
Shri.R. Mohan Babu- The Founder
Shri.R. Mohan Babu, the eminent founder with a great love for nature, passion for farming and care for fellow beings, started his volunteer support to the society in 2008 by organizing agricultural farming in a 50 acres land with varied modern technology and had given employment for many BPL people in the farm. His selfless journey stretched into a new dimension of empowering students with relevant skillsets for employment opportunities. This inner spark of Mohan enabled him to take a deep dive on uplifting the life of youth through Greenway Institute of skills Pvt Ltd in 2015. To his credit, he has trained and placed around 10000 students through skill development programs across various sectors. Apart this he founded Jayakumaran Garments & Exports company in 2019 and extends his export business support to various parts of Europe & UAE. With this experiential learning & altruistic mindset, he joined hands with Shri.Arun and has founded a Start-up company ‘The Money Bin’ Resource private limited in 2022 and this co-creation has brought a remarkable social impact across the Coimbatore belt and other parts of TN region.
About the Co-Founder
Shri.PR. Arun Vignesh- The Co-Founder
Shri. PR. Arun Vignesh, the Co-Founder with his engineering and management background, got into the versatility of start-up initiatives. Being a gold medallist, he was curious to work with Skill development start- up companies and has created big volumes of business for them which is highly commendable. With this professional experience, he joined Shri. Mohan and founded Greenway Institute of Skills Pvt Ltd in 2016. This created opportunities for many to get trained and placed in relevant positions. He has extended his support to more than 10000 students across various parts of Tamil Nadu. He also founded a Manpower Supply and Skill development company named Mirifical Careers Pvt Ltd in 2019 and has employed around 3000 people across various govt dept by Outsourcing. Its exciting that, skill development training has been done to all these people and out of which 2000 people are placed accordingly. Apart this, his extraordinary contribution empowered him to start Tectus Infra Pvt Ltd, a Civil construction company. Being an enthusiastic aspirant & passionate to go for an extra mile, he joined hands with Shri. Mohan and has founded a Start-up company ‘The Money Bin’ Resource private limited in 2022 and this co-creation has brought a remarkable social impact across the Coimbatore belt and other parts of TN region.
